WHAT YOU SAY!?

“I’m true to the game, and I know what I bring to the table. I came back for a reason. I came back to bring a championship to our city. I knew what I was capable of doing. I knew what I learned in the last couple years that I was gone, and I knew if I had to — when I came back, I knew I had the right ingredients and the right blueprint to help this franchise get back to a place that we’ve never been. That’s what it was all about.” — LeBron James after leading the Cleveland Cavaliers to the 2015-16 NBA title

Adidas NBA Promo Seeks To Score With Fans

April 29, 2009: Adidas will support its status as an official marketing partner of the NBA with "Rep Your Brotherhood," an online contest that seeks to find the "ultimate NBA fan." Adidas wants fans to submit a photo of themselves in their favorite NBA gear along with a 100-word essay on "why and how you love hoops." According to adidas, the top 20 submissions as voted on by fans (fans are permitted to vote once a day throughout the online voting time period) will then be in the running for the grand prize: a trip and tickets to Game 3 of the NBA Finals and $500 worth of adidas fan gear. Adidas said that every person to vote in the contest is in the running to win a "three-stripe gift pack" worth $500. Entries are being accepted now through May 15. The top 20 submissions will be judged May 18-29. The winner will be announced by adidas on June 1. Go to the adidas site for full details, rules and regulations. Back to Home Page
