Adidas NBA Promo Seeks To Score With Fans

April 29, 2009: Adidas will support its status as an official marketing partner of the NBA with "Rep Your Brotherhood," an online contest that seeks to find the "ultimate NBA fan." Adidas wants fans to submit a photo of themselves in their favorite NBA gear along with a 100-word essay on "why and how you love hoops." According to adidas, the top 20 submissions as voted on by fans (fans are permitted to vote once a day throughout the online voting time period) will then be in the running for the grand prize: a trip and tickets to Game 3 of the NBA Finals and $500 worth of adidas fan gear. Adidas said that every person to vote in the contest is in the running to win a "three-stripe gift pack" worth $500. Entries are being accepted now through May 15.
