Terry Bradshaw Sees 'Green' As Spokesman On Eco-Friendly RV Road Trip

Terry Bradshaw (left) gets his green RV going with EverGreen founder/chairman Kelly Rose (center) and company president Doug Lantz.July 22, 2010: Terry Bradshaw, who for 13 seasons covered the green turf of the NFL as quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, is taking "green" to another level. Bradshaw has signed a deal to become spokesman for EverGreen Recreational Vehicles, which produces eco-friendly travel trailers.

Bradshaw will appear in marketing and make personal appearances on behalf of the Middlebury, Ind.-based company, specifically for its Ever-Lite line. Financial terms were not disclosed.

As co-host of Fox NFL Sunday, Bradshaw has received substantial notoriety above and beyond his pro career, during which he won four Super Bowls (IX, X, XIII, XIV), the latter two of which he was named MVP. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1989.

EverGreen, which was founded in December 2008, said that Bradshaw would help to get the message across that its RVs use "sustainable eco-friendly, recyclable, composite materials to replace wood and produce higher quality, longer-lasting products that are fully equipped, yet lightweight."

"Touring the plant I saw firsthand how much time and effort they put into every traile. It is clear to me that EverGreen has a winning team and a winning product."
