Brady, Rodgers, Lead Pro Football Hall Of Fame NFL Team Of The Decade 2010-19

April 6, 2020: Tom Brady, who in 2020 will play quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after 20 seasons with the New England Patriots; and quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who has been with the Green Bay Packers since 2005, lead a group of highly respected players named today to the Pro Football Hall of Fame NFL Team of the Decade for 2010-19.

The 55-member team is the result of votes cast over the last several weeks by the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s 48-member selection committee.

Only players who received at least one selection to a Pro Bowl, Associated Press All-Pro team or Pro Football Writers Association All-Conference team during the 2010-19 seasons were eligible.

Among the 53 players.there were eight unanimous selections: Brady, DT Aaron Donald, LB Von Miller, RB Adrian Peterson, OT Joe Thomas, K Justin Tucker, DE  J.J. Watt and G Marshal Yanda.

Both head coaches are still active: Bill Belichick, the Patriots head coach since 2000, including nine Super Bowl visits and six Super Bowl victories; and Pete Carroll, who has been head coach for the Seattle Seahawks, since 2010, leading them to two Super Bowls, including a victory in Super Bowl XLVIII.

Several players were also still active as of the 2019 season.

Brady, Belichick and Julius Peppers were also named to the NFL All-Decade Team for 2000-09.
