Fox Sports Scores Record 127M-Plus Viewers, $800M Revenue For Super Bowl

UPDATED February 12, 2025: Fox Corp. said today that its presentation of Super Bowl LIX on Fox and Tubi generated more than $800 million in gross revenue from advertising sales across all platforms, with record pricing for the sold-out game.
"The clear winners Sunday night were the Eagles, the NFL and Fox,” Lachlan Murdoch, executive chair and CEO, Fox Corp., said via the company.
“Congratulations to our teams at Fox Sports and Tubi for a record-breaking and historic Super Bowl LIX, the most-watched, most-streamed, and most successful Super Bowl ever.”
February 11, 2025: The Philadelphia Eagles scored 40 points en route to a 40-22 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl lIX.
Fox Sports said it scored nearly 128 million viewers to watch it happen.
That’s great news not only for the NFL and Fox Sports, but brands that paid upward of $8 million for a 30-second spot.
The 127.7 million viewers set a new all-time high mark for Super Bowl viewership (up +3% vs. 123.7 million viewers last year) featuring viewers across all platforms, including TV (Fox, Fox Deportes and NBCUniversal's Telemundo) and digital (Tubi and NFL digital properties, including NFL+).
Philadelphia’s win peaked at 137.7 million viewers in the second quarter, according to Fox Sports.
Even with that, more people tuned into The Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show starring Kendrick Lamar.
It drew an average of 133.5 million viewers across television and digital platforms (8:30 PM-8:45 PM ET, up +3% vs. 129.3 million viewers from last year).
According to Fox Sports, it set a new record as the most-watched Super Bowl halftime performance in history.

“From the heart of New Orleans on Bourbon Street, to telling moving stories throughout the broadcast and finally presenting an unmatched game production, we couldn’t be prouder to show that FOX is Football with a Super Bowl viewing audience for the record books.”
This was the first Super Bowl in the broadcast booth for Fox NFL lead analyst and seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady.
It was also the 11th Super Bowl broadcast on Fox, the most of any network in the last 30 years
Among other numbers shared by Fox Sports:
• Fox Super Bowl LIX pre-game coverage averaged 23.4 million viewers.
• Set a record for the largest Super Bowl streaming audience in history delivering an average minute audience of 14.5 million* across Tubi, Telemundo and NFL Digital properties
* The most-watched Super Bowl ever on a streaming platform with Tubi delivering an average minute audience of 13.6 million, up +27% over last year and up +94% over Fox’s last Super Bowl stream in 2023
• An average audience of 1.87 million combined viewers watched the game in Spanish on Fox Deportes and Telemundo
Super Bowl LX is scheduled for Feb. 8, 2026 in Levi’s Stadium San Francisco on NBC.
Super Bowl LXI is scheduled for Feb. 14, 2027 in SoFi Stadium Los Angeles on ESPN/ABC.
Super Bowl LXII is scheduled for February 2028 in Mercedes-Benz Stadium Atlanta on CBS.
