• The NFL has unveiled the Super Bowl Ticket Giveaway, an initiative this season to "surprise fans across the country with an invitation to attend Super Bowl LII in Minnesota on February 4, 2018. According to Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr, "With 82 games a season, it's important to look professional and have confidence on the court."

MLS Partners, Players Prepare To Party Hardy For All-Star Game In Chicago

July 25, 2017: The top players in Major League Soccer are heading to the pitch in Chicago’s Soldier Field to face world-class Real Madrid in the  in the 2017 MLS All-Star Game presented by Target on August 2.

But before that happens, MLS’ roster of partners is preparing to pitch everything from cars, travel and entertainment to financial services and shopping.

The lead-up to the game itself has been dubbed MLS All-Star Week, with the league and its marketers, as well as local companies, making themselves visible in Chicago.

The five-day schedule begins July 29 and runs through the game, with activation from companies including adidas, Advocare, AT&T, Audi,  Coca-Cola, EA Sports, Energizer, Etihad Airways, Heineken, The Home Depot, Scott, Target, Toyota and Wells Fargo.

Adidas, Audi and EA Sports are also official partners with Real Madrid.

The festivities begin on July 29 in The PrivateBank Fire Pitch, where people can watch the hometown Chicago Fire visit Sporting KC, followed by the Los Angeles Galaxy visiting the Seattle Sounders. Included will be the Heineken Pub 97 and visits from such top La Liga players as Christian Karembeu and Gaizka Mendieta (scheduled to be available for autographs and fan pictures).

On July 30, MLS Digital HQ presented by Wells Fargo in the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel opens, offering a "behind-the-scenes view as MLS Digital interviews players, coaches and soccer celebrities during MLS All-Star Week."

Also throughout the day, the league will host Beach Soccer games (at North Avenue Beach) on specially designed pitches. Among others, Heineken and Coca-Cola products will be available throughout the day as well as special MLS giveaways.

That evening, there will be a MLS Skills Challenge presented by EA Sports' FIFA 18 in The PrivateBank Fire Pitch, scheduled to include MLS All-Stars and Legends as well as local talent as they competing in a series of skills games from the FIFA videogame (due to hit retail in late September).

Opening on July 30 and running through the weekend is the official MLS Retail Shop in the Hyatt Regency Chicago, featuring 2017 MLS All-Star Game presented by Target apparel and merchandise.

July 31 will be headlined by the "Men In Blazers Live In Chicago MLS All-Star Extravaganza presented by Etihad" (Harris Theater).

According to MLS, the MiB team (Roger Bennett and Michael Davies) will host a "full slate of soccer personalities, including MLS All-Stars, La Liga ambassadors and celebrities.

Also that day the MLS All-Star Concert presented by Coca-Cola featuring X Ambassadors is scheduled for Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island.

The Aug. 1 schedule includes training sessions open to the public in Soldier Field to include Real Madrid (10-11 AM CDT) followed by the MLS All-Stars (Noon-1 PM CDT).

Toyota Park (Bridgeview, IL) is scheduled to host a slate of games and events, topped by the adidas Elite Soccer Performance match will feature top MLS academy players around the country as well as an international academy team

Also scheduled for Toyota Park that day is the 2017 MLS Homegrown Game presented by Energizer and the Special Olympics Unified Sports All-Star Soccer Match with players from across the U.S. and Canada as well as athletes representing 22 MLS clubs in an East-West matchup.

Among the events before the All-Star Game on Aug. 2, MLS Works All-Star Day of Service presented by Wells Fargo will see members from MLS and Wells Fargo team members taking part in community service projects in Chicago and Birdgeview. At Soldier Field a Soccer Celebration presented by Scott! is scheduled to take place on the Stadium Green, East and Southwest, described as an interactive fan zone that includes player appearances, interactive games, fun giveaways and prizes.

On-site will also be La Barra MLS Construida Por The Home Depot, maned by Univision, with a pre-game show featuring expert analysis, prize giveaways and special guests.

AT&T, an MLS sponsor since 2009, will have presence during the extended All-Star Game festivities to help support signing an extension to its status as an official partner of MLS, U.S. Soccer and the annual Mexican national team tour in the U.S.

Among the elements of the MLS partnership, AT&T will become the presenting sponsor for MLS's Decision Day, the final match day of the regular season (when all matches take place simultaneously), this year scheduled for Oct. 22.

AT&T currently sponsors the AT&T MLS Goal of the Week, Month and Year votes, as well as The Movement presented by AT&T, hosted by Calen Carr on MLSsoccer.com, a series that explores the growing soccer movement and culture in North America.

MLS All-Star Game 2017 is scheduled to air 8:30 PM (ET) on FS1, Univision, TSN and TVA Sports domestically as well as in more than 170 countries globally.
